    What is food coaching?

    After working as a wellness coach for many years, it has become abundantly clear to me that people want to eat healthier but 1) they “don’t have enough time” to get organized; 2) they “don’t know where to begin” when it comes to eating healthy; and 3) they don’t have their systems down to make it fast and simple to last a life time…

    That’s where I come in. You see, I love to eat but I also want to stay fit. I am also busy, don’t like to spend a lot of money, and do NOT want my time spent in the kitchen all day. Voila!  I have developed a system of coaching that teaches you how to incorporate impeccably healthy food that you will LOVE and that won’t take a million years to prepare. My mantra is “Fast, Easy, Healthy, Cheap… and Delicious!” 

    Sessions are a half hour long and conveniently held over the phone (you don’t have to rush to an appointment in your car!). The best part is that the more you plan and organize your menu the more success you have in maintaining a healthy body weight.
